Businessman Tommy Nou founded the club to foster trust and friendship among Cambodian business owners. The float featured a Pin Peat musical ensemble led by Master Sambath Pich. The Khmer written on the banner on the float says: Sua Sdey Chnam Tmey (Happy New Year).
